Our leader, Mathias Vigliano, former chef of the Hotel Matignon, Maitre Restaurateur de France and member of the Club Gastronomique Prosper Montagne, you can sample regional cuisine based on fresh products.
Our hotel is listed in several guides including the little smart, Bottin Gourmand and the guide book.
Since 2010, our restaurant has the title of 'Master Restorer. "Title awarded by the prefecture following an audit of our business based on a check of more than 400 criteria.
Beyond the guarantee of professionalism and prior state control to the award of the title by the prefect of the department, our specification indicates that all of our menu is '' Made House ''.
The 'Home Made' is a kitchen manufactured in the company with fresh products. They come mostly from suppliers régionaux.Ce last criterion is important to us, we attach great importance to offer fresh produce, to prepare and cook your food at the minute and not to heat industrial dishes.
